What exactly does a "fractional CMO" do?

I work as your part-time marketing leader. Unlike consultants who just give advice, I also actually execute. You get strategy + hands-on work in your tools (HubSpot, Google Ads, etc.) according to the package you choose.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

Agencies sell you junior staff and markups. I sell my expertise of 17+ years directly. No account managers, no upcharges, no "strategy decks" that never get implemented. 

What if I need a specialist, not a CMO?
